1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 95bdt platform and all its services. By accessing the website, registering an account, or participating in any game, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

Warning: Providing false information about your age will result in the immediate closure of your account and any balance in the account may be forfeited.

We may request a national identity card or other government-issued document for age verification. Protecting minors from gambling is an integral part of our responsibility.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

95bdt currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
The depositor's name and payment account must match the name on the 95bdt account.
Payments made in a third party's name will be rejected.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The following terms apply to withdrawals:

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
To withdraw winnings from a bonus, the applicable wagering requirement must be met.

              
              Withdrawal processing time is 5-30 minutes. For bank transfers, the bank's own processing time may apply.
            

6. Bonuses and Promotions

95bdt offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Specific terms and conditions must be followed to use these bonuses.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 200% bonus up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. The following terms apply to this bonus:

To withdraw the bonus, the total combined amount of the deposit and bonus must be wagered 20 times (wagering requirement 20x).
Winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.

6.2 VIP Cashback Program

Active players may take part in our VIP program. There are four VIP tiers:

Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

Players can gradually move up to higher VIP tiers based on their overall activity and participation. Cashback is calculated each week and added to the member's account.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

Before taking part in any offer, its specific terms and conditions must be read carefully.
Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly stated.
Once a bonus expires, it will be cancelled automatically.
95bdt reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus promotion.

7. Gaming Rules

All games on the 95bdt platform are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Players should keep the following in mind:

Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are completely impartial.
If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, 95bdt reserves the right to review the result of that game.
Any winnings displayed as a result of a software error or technical bug in the gaming software will be considered void.
Attempting to manipulate games using multiple devices or connections is prohibited.
If any dispute arises regarding game rules or procedures, the decision of 95bdt authorities will be considered final.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, the account will be immediately closed:

Operating multiple accounts or logging into another person's account.
Registering using a false identity.
Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
Bonus arbitrage or bonus abuse — using multiple identities to collect bonuses across multiple accounts.
Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial transaction.
Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's software or systems.
Colluding with other players or forming a syndicate to influence game outcomes.

If a prohibited activity is proven, 95bdt reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account and, where necessary, to notify the relevant law enforcement authorities.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by 95bdt

95bdt may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

Violation of any provision of these Terms.
Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
Suspicious financial transactions or fraudulent activity.
Evidence of being a minor.
Detection of bonus abuse.

9.2 Closure by Member

Any member wishing to voluntarily close their account may contact our customer support team. Before closing the account, please ensure there are no pending withdrawal requests.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 95bdt is not liable for:

Loss during a game session due to internet disconnection or technical failure.
Delays or technical issues with third-party payment gateways.
Unauthorised access to an account due to a member's negligence or security lapse.
